Per the deprecations page: gpt-5.1-codex and codex-max shut down 2026-07-23, gpt-5.1-chat-latest shuts down 2026-08-10, and GPT-5 base snapshots retire 2026-12-11. The dated gpt-5.1-2025-11-13 snapshot remains live, for now.
